During the grand finale episode on November 9, Mohanlal first invited mid-week evicted contestants Noora and Adhila onto the stage and asked them about their Bigg Boss journey. Adhila, who survived in the house for 95 days, was the first to get evicted, but said that she was happy to have stayed this long. Noora, who was evicted a day before the Grand Finale, too said she was happy to have survived for nearly 99 days and that she was a tad bit sad for not making it to the Top 5.
Before they took their leave, Mohanlal reminded them about his promise of inviting them home. The Malayalam superstar said that on a day that is convenient for himself and both the girls, they should come to his home. Noora and Adhila were visibly elated to hear this, and left after embracing the star.

Bigg Boss Malayalam Season 7 saw one of its low points when Lakshmi, a wildcard contestant, made homophobic comments against the lesbian couple of Noora and Adhila.
