Ved Lakshmi, Mastani and Jishin Mohan are the three new candidates on the show, according to reports. Mastani is well-known among Malayalis for her works as a model and online presenter, whereas Ved Lakshmi is an actress and architect. Jishin Mohan is popular TV actor. In the meanwhile, the programme is expected to see more wildcard entrants. 

Actors Bala is also rumoured to be joining Bigg Boss Malayalam Season 7 shortly. Because the wildcard entries are expected to add additional drama and entertainment to the show, viewers have been eagerly awaiting them. No eviction on BBMS7 this week

The reality show's host, Mohanlal, broke with routine by speaking to the competitors on Friday (August 29), rather than the weekend episode. The actor also talked about some of the major events that have occurred in the house, such as the Gizelle-Anumol conflict and Nevin coming back to the programme after leaving, in addition to stating that there won't be any elimination this week. Due to Onam celebrations, this week's eviction was cancelled. 

Additionally, Mohanlal strongly advised Aryan to control his demeanour, which has been attracting criticism from both candidates and spectators in recent weeks. Gizelle and Anumol were both nominated for the upcoming week after he ordered them to spend two hours in jail to settle their differences. He also urged the remaining competitors to provide quality content for the audience without starting and ending each day with furious disputes.
