Actor Palak Purswani, who is known for her acting prowess in shows like ‘Yeh Rishtey Hain Pyaar Ke’, ‘Badii Devrani’, ‘Bade Bhaiyya Ki Dulhania’, ‘Yeh Rishtey Hain Pyaar Ke’ and others. She was also in the news because of her break up with Avinash Sachdev. What remains to be seen is how will she be playing her cards in the Bigg Boss OTT 2 house. One of the highlights of the show is that, both, Palak Purswani and Avinash Sachdev will be under the same roof in the Bigg Boss OTT 2 house. Will there be fireworks or extension of olive branch is what remains to be seen.

Hello Palak! Now that you are entering ‘Bigg Boss’ house, are there butterflies already in the stomach?
Butterflies, anxiety, nervousness... all bundled into one man!

What does your social status say about you: Single or in a relationship?
I am very much single and ready to mingle. I am here to explore my options.

If you find your ex flirting around with another girl inside the Bigg Boss house, will you ignore him or you will wish good for the girl?
Are you crazy! I will find someone else and make him jealous (laughs). What’s done is done man… I am coming to explore new people in the show.

Are you carrying any good luck charm with you inside the house? Who gave you that?
Yes… I am a very spiritual person. I have a Guruji Namramuni ji. I seek his blessings all the time. He has given me his ‘maala’ for my protection and it helps me to surround with positivity.

What is it about Bigg Boss that attracted you the most?
I feel showing your true personality to your fans and followers are extremely important. And ‘Bigg Boss’ gives you that platform. So, here I am …! If somebody needs me in the show, I will surely go out of way for that person. I want people to see that side of me.

Have you followed the first season of Bigg Boss OTT?
Yes…I have followed…

How is it to have the cameras ‘staring’ at you for the entire 24 hours?
This is something that I am not used to., I know what I am signing up for. This is one show which will make you or break you. The kind of person that I am personally, I will go all out to try and win the game, but with total dignity.

What it takes to break you?
Respect and loyalty are the two essentials which I matter and cherish the most in life. Anyone not following these two… At the end of the day, it’s a game. Nobody can come between me and my prize. I surely hope to find someone who will match my wavelength and get connected.

What will you do if you start missing the family?
More than me, my mother wanted me to participate on the show. There is no substitute for parents. If I miss my parents, I will miss them. I will keep myself strong and real. But, if I get emotional, I will let it be like that.

Are you a people’s person?
I am very much a people’s person. I will get into depression if I am not surrounded by people. I can’t read books and meditate. That’s why, the only way to let my emotions out is to run to the washroom.

Who do you think is a better host for BBOTT 2: Salman Khan or Karan Johar?
Salman Khan…! No doubt about that!

What, in your opinion, are the qualities that you have that will make you a winner?
I am very righteous and I have all the attention seeking qualities without even doing anything.
