Bigg Boss OTT August 17 2021 written update: Ridhima-Pratik to Shamita-Akshara, all fights in house

The contestants wake up to Paagal by Badshah. Nishant Bhatt tells Moose Jattana that Neha Bhasin has lost the plot. He says she is upset and irritated with everyone and so, even he won't interfere with her anymore. Moose is also confused about why she is extra sweet. Nishant says he found how to annoy her. They talk about Milind Gabba being upset with Moose over the comment. Nishant tells her that he wanted to sort things out and she calls him a dumba** for not being able to talk to her.

Neha tells Karan Nath that Ridhima Pandit and Pratik Sehajpal have been through a lot. She points out how Ridhima abuses and Karan says he has spoken to her about the same. Neha says that they don't judge her while she does so within a split second. She calls her deaf and brainless.

Nishant asks Bigg Boss how can 12 contestants eat for a week in Rs. 30 kadi patta. He asks why there are so many apples and suggests Bigg Boss to give him and Pratik a leave so they can sell the fruits within an hour. Moose asks why and Pratik interrupts her. When she says so, he asks her to go and talk in the toilet. Nishant tells Moose people won't be able to buy apples thanks to her accent. She says she'll sell apples by putting them in her jacket and dancing to her tunes.

Pratik then tries to sell apples to Neha Bhasin inside the house. He goes down on his knees for that. He even unzips and removes his coat. She resists buying the fruits.

Ridhima announces a new task where the contestants have to accept and defend the accusations put on them. Shamita tells Raqesh to keep score.

The first accusation is to pick a person who runs away from work. When Pratik tries to talk differently and put the blame on Ridhima and Karan, she lashes back. Ridhima-Karan picks Nishant-Moose and vice-versa. Karan loses his calm on Pratik when she speaks in the middle of Ridhima talking. Akshara Singh comes between them. Ridhima calls him useless and even ends up hurting him a little physically. Ridhima asks Pratik and his family to take medicines. Pratik calls her disrespectful while she calls him a 'piece of shit'. Ridhima feels Pratik is bullying her. She screams and cries and accuses him of torturing her.

Raqesh asks Pratik and Nishant to stop talking. Karan also asks him to stop talking. He walks away and cries. Akshara follows him to make sure he's okay.

Nishant talks to Ridhima and says she's spoiling her health over a wrong thing. Ridhima says that Pratik brought up Varun Sood, who is Divya Agarwal's partner (family) and so, she will bring family in the conversation too. Pratik still needs time to recover from what happened. Neha tells Shamita that she ignored Ridhima for a long time. By that time, Pratik comes out and screams at Ridhima for bringing his family and father into the matter.

Shamita and Raqesh pick Nishant and Moose as people who don't work. Nishant disagrees and defends how he and Moose have worked more than Ridhima.

Neha tries to talk to Karan who is upset when Neha didn't defend him in the task. Shamita, on the other hand, tells Milind that she is scared to talk to Nishant and Moose about cleaning the washroom because they start arguing. She then stands by her decision. Divya says that Neha hasn't worked a day since she came into the house. When Zeeshan and Karan try talking to her, she walks out. Neha, on the other hand, walks up to Pratik who is still upset with how Ridhima accused his parents. He feels that she is using anxiety attack as an excuse and says that psychiatrists will take her if they feel so. He further says that even he is getting those attacks. Pratik goes on to call Raqesh a good man but 'bewakoof'. He says that by joining the show, Raqesh threw his own respect away. Neha, sitting with Nishant, says that they aren't even listening to her because they feel she is Pratik's friend. The singer says that she wants to be friends with everyone but knows that she can be herself in Pratik's group.

Shamita tells Karan to ignore the Ridhima-Pratik situation. She says that while she avoids Pratik, Ridhima is waiting to fight with him. He tried to serve tea to Ridhima but she refuses, stating she will cook her own food. Shamita and Raqesh ask her not to do that because it will be difficult for her only later. Ridhima ends up crying again, asking people to take a stand. She says that they could cry in front of judges to gain sympathy but nobody sees their tears after those people bully the others.

Neha calms Pratik by cuddling him. Akshara gets up and says "Aaja partner, sher," while giving him a hug and assuring that she's always there for him. Being a badass, she says that she will take their case in Bihari. Pratik feels like talking to his mom when Akshara asks him to win. This makes him more emotional.

Bigg Boss announces how the audiences feel Nishant and Moose aren't the least working jodi. Thus, Zeeshan and Divya are nominated for the week. The second task begins and this time, the contestants have to pick who is the most unhygienic. Ridhima and Karan have to decide with Shamita-Raqesh. Pratik gets furious when Ridhima coughs. Raqesh stops both of them.

Neha calls Divya 'loser' and the latter loses her calm. Raqesh and Ridhima agree that Moose stinks. Neha talks to Milind who is upset with the Bollywood singer. Shamita names Nishant and Moose again, after which he says 'spineless' without naming anyone. He then says 'unfair' time-and-again.

Pratik tries to talk to Neha about the cups but she ignores him. The singer hits and pushes Pratik in anger and asks him to walk out. He does so, giving her time to calm down a little. During the task, he once again tells Neha that her behaviour isn't coming out well. She calls him a liar while also calling out to Milind. When Akshara tries to meddle in the matter, Neha calls her the 'biggest hypocrite' and says she doesn't have a mind of her own. Nishant also meddles in the matter and she questions him for the same. He says he is upset with her while she says it is not between the two, which Nishant says is. The choreographer says he didn't find her reasoning logical and Neha says that she doesn't find anything logical and will leave the house this very instant.

For the first time, Milind and Akshara, the least speaking partners, discuss the matter. Neha says that she hopes one of them wins the game but asks them to leave her and Milind alone.

Shamita refuses to help Akshara in the kitchen. The latter is upset with Shamita calling it 'Akshara's kitchen'. Raqesh asks about the discussion. Shamita calls Akshara wrong and says she won't tolerate it. Raqesh meddles in the matter and asks Shamita why she is reacting so much. She calls Akshara dumb and 'insecure' for not knowing English. The Bhojpuri actress mimics Shamita and says that after she asked for the salt box, Shamita reacted with "So irritating." Raqesh-Akshara and Shamita-Raqesh discuss the matter when Shamita walks out. Divya narrates the incident. Shamita calls Akshara insecure publicly and Pratik stops the matter. Nishant and Moose make fun out of the matter by converting Akshara's statement into a slogan.

The audiences don't agree with Nishant and Moose being unhygienic either. Thus, Ridhima and Karan are nominated for evictions. The third task would take place a day later. The report card then comes out and the audiences are happy even now.

Akshara and Milind discuss what happened in the task. He says that expected Akshara to be sure about her decision. She isn't too pleased with his words and ends up crying. He gives her a hug and water and also feeds her before leaving. He goes and tells Neha that Pratik doesn't need anyone. She then asks why he follows her if he is so secure. Neha feels they need them while Milind says that he has a complete team but they don't.

Pratik tells Neha that the trust between them is building up. He also says that he can't break the trust of people who already trust him. She asks him to not judge her and vice-versa. Pratik says he understood she felt bad and that hurt him too. Neha feels that Pratik targeted her and he defends the statement saying he didn't have another option. Neha says he can do whatever he wants to.
