Bigg Boss OTT written update August 19 2021: Zeeshan and Divya become the new captains of the house

Today’s episode began with The Breakup Song from Ae Dil Hai Mushkil. Contestants including Muskaan, Akshara, Ridhima, Karan, Nishat were seen tapping their feet on the track. Divya seemed completely upset so Ridhima asked if she is fine or not, to which the former replied that she has cried a lot last night and explained that Raqesh tried to resolve the issue between her and Shamita but the actress again disrespected her.

Meanwhile, Shamita and Karan were talking about the intense issue between Zeeshan and Divya as well as Millind and Neha inside the Bigg Boss OTT house, while the Mohabbatein actress says that Zee (Zeeshan) is still trying to sort things out.

A while later, Millind asks Zeeshan, if he can skip the gymming today to which the latter refuses outright. 

Shamita went to Divya and told her that she wants to sort things out with her and start afresh, to which the latter replied that she would like to maintain her self-respect first. Divya also asked Shamita how she can trust her when she has told Raqesh not to speak to her. The actress replied that she hasn’t said anything to him. Zeeshan also talked to Divya about the same and asked her why she doesn’t put some trust in people, to which she said that a lot of mean things have been said against her by various people, which is why she doesn’t trust anyone now.

Bigg Boss announced that a task will be given to the contestants which will decide that who will become the next Boss Man and Boss Lady (captains), however, it was also announced that the housemates need to decide and choose a male and a female participant, whom they don’t even want to see fighting for the titles. 

The task had to be played in connections, where a duo needs to make dominoes with wooden blocks and paints and write the name of the participants, whom they don’t want to get the titles of Boss Man and Boss Lady. Whichever connection will finish the task soon, will win.

As soon as the buzzers go on, the boys including Zeeshan, Millind, Pratik, Karan and Nishant run to catch the blocks. In the midst of the task, Shamita and Raqesh being the managers of the task inspect each connection’s dominoes. Meanwhile, Pratik asks Karan for more dominoes, to which the latter refuses. 

Shamita and Raqesh start rejecting the pieces of dominoes according to their judgment. In the middle of the task, some contestants started having food and snacks too. In between the task, Zeeshan and Pratik also got into a physical fight. Moments later, the Sanchalaks declared Zeeshan-Divya's connection as winner of the latest task.

Divya and Muskaan discuss what’s going to happen next, where the former says that Bigg Boss might give the contestants another task to get a chance to save themselves from weekend nominations.
