The weekend episodes of Bigg Boss Tamil season five is one of the most awaited ones among the viewers as they get to see the Ulaga Nayagan Kamal Haasan address the Bigg Boss housemates and interact with them. The nail-biting moment of their fate on the show is also revealed by the Vikram star. Recently, one of the contestants Abishek Raaja also revealed his favourite contestant on the show.

Abishek got emotional about his sister and mentioned how his sister brought him up. He considers Priyanka Deshpande, the popular Vijay TV host turned Bigg Boss contestant, as his own sister on the show. It was a sweet moment when the latter got up and hugged him and told the Ulaga Nayagan that they vibe like cousins.

The first weekend episode which aired on October 9 featured Kamal Haasan reciting stories and performance levels of the contestants in the luxury budget task, “Oru Kadha Sollatuma.” We also saw one of the popular contestants, Namitha Marimuthu, exit from the show due to unforeseen circumstances. When she talked about how emotional her revelation was to her parents as a trans person, Kamal Haasan mentioned that he was moved by her story. The actor also believed that her presence on Bigg Boss was a much-needed one for the show and the society. He wished her success in her future endeavours after she exited the show.
