Bigg Boss Tamil 6 October 18 Written Update: Dhanalakshmi and Nivashini win storytelling task and escape nomination; Janany breaks down

​On Day 8, Bigg Boss announces a dance marathon for the contestants as the luxury budget task. And the first two contestants to take part in the task are ADK and GP Muthu. ADK teaches the steps to GP Muthu in the bathroom and they perform well to Sodakku Mela from Suriya's Thaana Serndha Koottam. ADK says that he is a rapper and knows only certain steps. He gets five votes from the contestants. On the other hand, GP Muthu gets 14 votes. Contestants claim that he performed really well despite not being a dancer and hence, he deserves the same.

Bigg Boss assigns yet another task to the contestants, which is to narrate a story in a span of a minute. If the contestants find the story touching, they will escape nomination next week. Azeem is the first person assigned to tell the story, but he is unable to narrate his tale within the stipulated time. He later tells the complete story once outside the room.

Aysha tells Azeem that she doesn't want to take part in the task as she doesn't want the world to know all about her. She adds that contestants in the house have trouble understanding her. She is the thirteenth contestant for the task.

In the meantime, Manikandan and Dhanalakshmi set the dance floor on fire with their performance to Variya from Pudhupettai. Later, Asal and Ram dance to Karuthavanlaam Galeejam from Sivakarthikeyan's Velaikkaran.

Dhanalakshmi tells the story of growing up with a single parent, while Nivashini talks about being bullied in school. They both get freed from nomination for the next week. When it's Janany's turn to tell the story, the contestants press all three buzzers and her turn ends soon. She breaks down. Ram pacifies her telling that she is the baby of the house and that she shouldn't be crying like this. He asks her to speak to the camera and tell her mother that she is strong and perfectly fine. He then threatens jocularly that he will have to dance if she doesn't stop crying, thus taking a dig at his own dancing skills. Janany is soon convinced.
