Bigg Boss Tamil 9 elimination week 2: Apsara CJ evicted; Vijay Sethupathi says Tushaar ‘has many diversions’

The Bigg Boss Tamil 9 Diwali weekend episode saw the elimination of housemate Apsara CJ. Though she was not involved in any catfights or controversy, she received the least votes and became the second to get evicted from the show. Bigg Boss Tamil 9 is streaming on JioHotstar via OTTplay Premium.

Bigg Boss Tamil 9 elimination: Apsara CJ leaves the show

In this week of Bigg Boss Tamil 9, Ramya Joo, Parvathy, Diwagar, Sabari, Apsara, Aurora, Kamrudin, FJ, and Kemy were nominated. Out of these, Apsara got evicted from the show, registering least votes. Notably, Apsara had shared her personal story this week and how her transition was supported by her family whole-heartedly. Apsara was given farewell by housemates, before she joined Vijay Sethupathi and her family right in time for Diwali.

At the same time, Vijay Sethupathi also cautioned housemates and refrained them from talking outside matters inside the house. This came after Kamrudin accused Aadhirai of talking about his personal life outside.

Vijay Sethupathi lauds Gana Vinoth- Diwagar combination; reprimands Tushaar’s captaincy

Vijay Sethupathi started the episode by lauding Vinoth comic counters to Diwagar, and how audience have been loving their combination. The duo had some fun banter with Vijay Sethupathi who also seemed to be enjoying their fun camaraderie.

Meanwhile, Tushaar’s captaincy was also questioned given his position was revoked by Bigg Boss after failing to do his duties. “You were the first captain and was expected to set standards. But you failed to follow many rules. You have many diversions, and you even forgot to wear your mike,” Vijay Sethupathi said. Kalaiyarasan, who was part of cooking team, blamed Sabari for hogging the kitchen space and not letting him show his skills.
