Parambrata Chatterjee, Abir Chatterjee, and Lahoma Bhattacharya’s Biye Bibhrat will be released on July 14. Directed by Raja Chanda, the film gives us a rom-com flavour. Meanwhile, the film’s song Jiya Tui Chara was dropped on July 8. Sung by Arijit Singh, the song has garnered popularity on YouTube and is trending on the top 20 list.
Meanwhile, the composer, Ranjoy Bhattacharya, is super excited about it. In an interview with Aajkal Dot In, the musician said, “Who doesn’t dream of making songs for Arijit? We have been discussing it since last year. There was also a lot of excitement. His way of selecting a song is, you send it. He would agree to sing it only if he likes it. Otherwise, it will be canceled.” It was an anxious wait for the musician. Yet, he was confident. He said, “I knew that he wouldn’t dislike the number. But Arijit’s return phone call was a relief.”
Through this song, Ranjoy captures the love of Parambrata and Lahoma. The song is all about two people in love. “It is a picture of love. The song talks about love from the beginning till the end. And it is fairly obvious to expect that Arijit will sing the song. He is India’s best romantic singer right now!” Ranojoy sent the lyrics of the song, and Arijit recorded it from his home studio. Another song, Jhilmil Kora will release on July 10.
