Actor Kavin, who has been slowly garnering a steady fanbase, starred in the recently released Tamil film Bloody Beggar, a dark comedy drama. If you had missed watching the film in theatres, you can now stream it on Prime Video. In addition, for international viewers, Bloody Beggar will be available on SunNXT and OTTplay Premium app.

Kavin has been working on choosing different scripts lately, and the latest film from his Bloody Beggar which hit theatres on October 31. Bloody Beggar is helmed by debutant filmmaker Sivabalan. Kavin’s longtime friend and filmmaker Nelson Dilipkumar made his production debut with his banner Filament Pictured, through Bloody Beggar.

Bloody Beggar has now made its OTT debut. It is available for streaming on Prime Video, and SunNXT/ OTTplay Premium for international audiences outside India. If you are fan of black comedy dramas, then Bloody Beggar can be on your watchlist for this weekend.

The film is about a lazy beggar who fakes being handicapped to get alms. However, one day he chances upon a philanthropic feast organised for the homeless and in order to enjoy, enters it. However, his greediness takes over when even after finishing eating, he wanders off inside the palace only to be caught by a rich, eccentric, and cruel family members of the household, who are plotting a scheme already.

Bloody Beggar has Kavin in the forefront, along with a cast including Redin Kingsley, Radha Ravi, Maruthi Prakashraj, Sunil Sukhada, T M Karthik, Padam Venu Kumar, Arshad, Miss Saleema, Priyadarshini Rajkumar, Akshaya Hariharan, Anarkali Nazar, Dhivyaa Vikram, and others. Sujith Sarang is the cinematographer and Jen Martin composed the music. R. Nirmal is the editor.

Bloody Beggar happened to fall prey to social media when it initially received negative reviews upon release. However, soon, the audience began to spread a positive word of mouth, making Bloody Beggar a favourite.
