Bloody Brothers teaser: Jaideep Alhawat and Zeeshan Ayyub find themselves in a messy situation

It’s a great time to be a fan of the crime genre, as the OTT space in the country has seen an influx of terrific content of late in the genre. The latest addition to the same also promises to be one of thrilling experiences, with ZEE5 recently announcing its new web series, Bloody Brothers and unveiling a teaser for the same.

The teaser, less than a minute long, can be viewed on ZEE5’s official social media handles. It introduces viewers to the titular protagonists, siblings Jaggi and Daljeet. As the two drive along one night, their vehicle suddenly stops after having hit something and the series promises to explore the aftermath of their fateful drive that night.

The series stars Jaideep Alhawat and Zeeshan Ayyub, who essay the roles of Jaggi and Daljeet, respectively. The show also features Tina Desai, Shruti Seth, Maya Alagh, Mugdha Godse, Satish Kaushik and Jitnedra Joshi in pivotal roles.

Bloody Brothers tells the story of Jaggi and Daljeet, one, a rich man and the other, a struggling business owner who find themselves in a problematic situation when they accidentally run over and kill an old man with their car one night. As the brothers’ struggle to cover up their crime, their gnawing guilt causes a huge rift between them.The series is based on the 2019 British television series Guilt.

Bloody Brothers is directed by Shaad Ali and produced by Applause Entertainment, in association with BBC Studios India. The six-part web series marks the third collaboration between Applause Entertainment and ZEE5, after Kaun Banegi Shikharwati and the upcoming Mithya.
