Bloody Mary: The first look of aha's next web original starring Nivetha Pethuraj is here!

As we had announced earlier in the day, Telugu OTT platform aha is coming up with a new web original film Bloody Mary that marks the digital debut of Paagal, Brochevarevarura actress Nivetha Pethuraj. The film is also the first directorial effort of Chandoo Mondeti in the digital space. The captivating first look of aha's Bloody Mary, featuring Nivetha Pethuraj as Mary, was launched today. 

Nivetha is seen in a badass avatar, sporting a cunning, intense look. The web original comes with a tagline that reads, "If you are bad, she is bloody bad." The lead actress is cast in the role of Mary, a strong woman who's unaffected by her disability and can go to any length to protect her beloved ones through her intuition and smart decisions. 

The supporting cast includes Kireeti Damaraju, Rajkumar Kasiredy, Brahmaji and Ajay. TG Vishwa Prasad of People Media Factory, also the makers of aha's sci-fi thriller Kudi Yedamaithe, is bankrolling the film. Chandoo Mondeti is reuniting with his frequent collaborator and friend, Karthik Gattamneni, who is roped in as the cinematographer, with Kaala Bhairava scoring the music.

Bloody Mary releases on aha on February 18. The platform's other releases in the last few weeks were Arjuna Phalguna, Hey Jude, The American Dream, Lakshya, Senapathi, to name a few. aha will also premiere Telugu Indian Idol, the first-ever Indian Idol in South India, hosted by Sreerama Chandra, shortly.
