Yes, Blue Lock is heading to that very point. Michael Kaiser is going to be introduced as the lead villain in the third season of the anime, and none other than Mamoru Miyano has joined the cast as his voice actor!

Who is Mamoru Miyano?

Among his many credits, Mamoru Miyano has been the voice of the lead character of Death Note, Light Yagami. He also voices the Upper Moon Two in Demon Slayer, Doma. Mamoru has also voiced Ling Yao in Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood, Rintaro Okabe in Steins;Gate, Chrollo Lucifer in Hunter x Hunter, Asano in Assassination Classroom, Sweet Mask in One-Punch Man, Shuu Tsukiyama in Tokyo Ghoul, Atsuma Miya in Haikyu, Giulio Gandini in My Hero Academia and Hikaru Kamiki in Oshi no Ko.

About Blue Lock season 2 finale and what to expect from season 3

Both teams were countering attacks in the U20 match, till Rin Itoshi from Blue Lock decided to enter his destructive flow state. He dismantled the Iron Wall Quartet, thus stopping Sae Itoshi's final game. It was then that Yoichi Isage's goal secured 4-3 victory for Blue Lock.

With the game, Blue Lock is now recognized on an International scale. This, of course, means more enemies. Thanks to that, we are introduced to Michael Kaiser who belongs to Germany's U20 squad. He is more commonly addressed as The Emperor. This time, Team Blue Lock progresses to Neo Egoist League and they have to defeat none other than Kaiser. All of this while proving that they are worthy of reaching where they are and deserve more.

Blue Lock season 3, like one can expect, would push all the players beyond their limit. The saga is an ongoing one and spans up to 131 chapters already (more than even all of the previous arcs combined)! It is thus the longest arc and will have to be divided accordingly. How the makers do so would be interesting to watch.
