Blurr director Ajay Bahl: Expect Arjun Kapoor in a never seen before avatar in Ladykiller

Filmmaker Ajay Bahl whose latest directorial Blurr featured Taapsee Pannu in a double role, opens up on his upcoming film titled Ladykiller, starring Arjun Kapoor and Bhumi Pednekar.

Sharing more details about his upcoming film Ajay told OTTplay, "I am very excited about our upcoming film which I am shooting with Arjun Kapoor and Bhumi Pednekar. We have already shot a major part of the film. We will start another schedule in mid-January and hopefully, finish that by February end. We are keeping our fingers crossed to release it next year by July. I cannot really reveal more than this but I must mention that the audience can expect a neve-seen-before avatar of Arjun in Ladykiller."

He went on to add, " Whether it is Bhumi or Arjun, I am so impressed with the new generation of actors who are so dedicated and highly professional. If we look at Arjun and Bhumi both, from the time they started acting to now, the way they have transformed, it is amazing to notice. Really cannot talk much about the film, more than this but I promise to bring something interesting for the audience."

Ajay earlier worked with actors like Shilpa Shukla, Richa Chaddha, and Akshaye Khanna among others in films like - B.A Pass and Section 375.

The upcoming film Ladykiller is also written by Ajay along with Pawan Sony and Mayank Tewati, and produced by Bhushan Kumar; also features - Mrityunjay Pandey and Manish Sharma. This is the first time that Arjun and Bhumi are working together on-screen in a film.

Bhumi is seen in her latest released film titled Govinda Naam Mera alongside Vicky Kaushal which is streaming on Disney Plus Hotstar. Arjun will be seen in the next multi-starrer Netflix release Kuttey.
