Bodh trailer: Amitabh Reza Chowdhury meets Afzal Hossain in yet another riveting thriller from Bangladesh

Web series that are made in Bangladesh have won hearts among the audience in Kolkata. After Mahanagar, Taqdeer, Kaiser, and Karagar, Hoichoi is all set to bring yet another thriller from Bangladesh. This time it is Amitabh Reza Chowdhury. The trailer was dropped on October 27 and the show will be released on November 4. This is his second show on Hoichoi after Dhaka Metro.

The show features Afzal Hossain, Runa Khan, Sarah Alam, Shahjahan Shamrat, Khairul Basar, Rawnak Hasan, Orchita Sporshia, and others. The trailer gives the audience a glimpse of the series. A retired judge – played by Afzal Hossain – suffers from Alzheimer’s. He hallucinates snippets from his past that haunt him all day. The people who come into his hallucination are connected to his past judgement which he believes was incorrect. Meanwhile, the judge’s daughter Srabonti is a modern woman. Realising her father’s problem and his progressively deteriorating mental health issues, she came forward to solve her father’s old cases. Srabonti went out looking for other personalities based on the information she got from the doctor.

The trailer of Bodh is riveting and showcases a bunch of good actors. Amitabh said, “It was a great pleasure to have created the first series – Dhaka Metro – which marked the beginning of Hoichoi Bangladesh’s journey and now I’m super excited to be back on the platform with my new series Bodh. It’s a story about conscience, family, emotions, and a lot more and stars some talented actors and I can’t wait for the audiences to watch it.”
