Bonny Sengupta posts a heartfelt note on the birthday of his girlfriend Koushani’s mother

It was Koushani Mukherjee’s mother’s birthday and her boyfriend Bonny Sengupta’s emotional social media post won the hearts of his fans. Bonny and Koushani Mukherjee have been dating for years. They are one of the most talked about power couples in the Bengali film industry. Koushani lost her mother several months back. Bonny considered her to be his mother. Hence he remembered her on her birthday. 

“I love you very much, Ma!” Bonny Sengupta posted this on Instagram on February 5. He posted a picture of him with Koushani’s mother and wrote, “I miss you. What I feel without you can not be expressed. But I know you are there. Happy birthday Mummyji!” 

Koushani and Bonny are both busy with their production houses. In February, their first produced film Dal Bati Churma will be released. Directed by Haranath Chakraborty, the film was shot in North Kolkata and Rajasthan. It is a love story between a Bengali girl and a Rajasthani boy. Both of them are excited. However, Koushani still misses her mother. 

Koushani's mother Sangeeta Mukhopadhyay passed away on October 30, 2021. She was admitted to a private hospital in Salt Lake on October 23 with some kidney-related problems. She had a kidney transplant previously. But this time, her lung was also infected. At last, her battle ended due to multiorgan failure.
