With only single-digit earnings and a continuous dip in the collection, Border 2 is expected to fade this week as new movies like Vadh 2 and Bhabiji Ghar Par Hai - Fun on the Run make their way to the big screens.
Mardaani 3, on the other hand, is trying to hold its fort with a slow and steady pace. The third installment of the cop thriller franchise opened to positive reviews from critics and fans. However, despite a good rating and X review, Rani Mukerji’s fearless cop avatar failed to attract viewers. On Day 6, Mardaani 3 minted Rs 2 crore as per Sacnilk, taking its net collection to Rs 24.25 crore. This is some lakhs short of Mardaani 2’s collection, as it had managed to surpass Rs 25 crore in just six days, and that too in 2019.
