Quite a few reports recently believed that Sunny Deol starrer Border 2 and Ajay Devgn starrer Son of Sardaar 2 are on the cards. However, it now appears that all is not well for the makers of these two films. A fresh report claims that there is no level of correctness behind the making of this. Additionally, the report further highlights that the makers of these two franchises are embroiled in legal troubles.

Border 2, Son of Sardaar 2 no longer in the making?

Sources close to the development told news outlet HT City recently, “When it comes to Border 2 and Son of Sardaar 2, there are many doubts about its way ahead. Both of the films are still embroiled in legal complications, which makes creating a franchise difficult.”

The report further highlighted that Bharat Shah, the original presenter and financier, has filed a case against the makers for not giving him the money as Border filmmaker JP Dutta had sold the film to someone else. At that time, he was claiming 12 to 15 crore. Now he is asking for more money, added the report.

The report wrapped up with the message that the sequels of Border and Son of Sardaar are only possible if they solve the legal complications.
