Border 2 song Ghar Kab Aaoge is finally here, and the track retains the essence of the original. It still manages to give you goosebumps, only this time Sunny Deol’s part in the song hits you extra hard. The spotlight, nonetheless, shifts to newer actors Varun Dhawan, Diljit Dosanjh and Ahaan Shetty. Even Param Vir Cheema gets more screen time in the video track. Watch it here…
Hours after its audio was out, Border 2 song Ghar Kab Aaoge has finally released. The song retains the essence of the original track. Although the full video of the 10-minute audio version is not out, the brief version in itself leaves a huge impact.
“Aye guzarne wali hawa bata, mera itna kaam karegi kya? Mujhe chodh ke jo chala gaya – usse dhoondh laa.” The line hits you extra hard when you realize that Sunny Deol lost his pillar of strength – his father Dharmendra in November 2025. The track also releases just a day after Dharmendra’s last film Ikkis released in theatres on January 1, 2026. The verse is sung by Sonu Nigam, whose voice simply adds to the emotion displayed by Sunny Deol.
Ghar Kab Aaoge’s focus is mostly on Varun Dhawan’s character. Beginning from his scene to enact how his bonding with his regime members is to introducing Param Vir Cheema briefly just to bring Varun back in spotlight, the actor takes up most of the limelight in the Border 2 song Ghar Kab Aaoge.
This is followed by Diljit Dosanjh, who is also one of the singers of the track. Ahaan Shetty, much like Sunny Deol, appears briefly in the song. For the uninitiated, while Varun is seen in the Indian army, Diljit is an air-force pilot and Ahaan is in the navy. Mona Singh (as Deol’s wife), Sonam Bajwa (as Dosanjh’s better half) and Anya Singh (as Shetty’s partner) make a brief appearance in the song which ends with celebrations and a promise – Main Waapis Aaunga. The last scene sees all the leading male actors except Deol dance as they hope for a reunion with their on-screen family.
