Brahmastra is undoubtedly one of the biggest releases of the year 2022, and the big-budget movie has generated so much buzz about its unique content that when Ayan Mukerji—who was in New Delhi on Wednesday (September 7) for a press conference along with Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor—mentioned he wanted to do something special for Delhi because he 'owes it' to them, the crowd giggled in unison.

Ayan Mukerji, while trying to explain the passion of those involved with the project, talked about Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor's committment to the film and how they were involved to the point of coming to set on days they didn't have scenes to shoot.

"Ranbir and Alia would come on set everyday. They were like Assitant Directors (ADs) on Brahmastra," joked Ayan Mukerji before adding that lead actors really rose up to the occasion and shared his vision and passion for Brahmastra

Ayan, with Alia and Ranbir in attendence, showed five separate footages of the film: one was of the conceptualisation of the film and how it came into being, another two were songs Kesariya and Deva Deva, and then we had the two never-seen-clips. One was of Ranbir Kapoor and the other was a crucial scene from the film that left everyone excited and hooting for the team's collective efforts.

Produced by Karan Johar's Dharma Productions and directed by Ayan Mukerji, Brahmastra is releasing in theaters on September 9, 2022.
