Ayan Mukerji, the director of Brahmastra, is currently enjoying himself thanks to the huge box office success of the movie. And even though the second instalment in the trilogy series is eagerly awaited, the filmmaker has revealed that he has already begun working on it.

He thanked the viewers for their support of the movie on his Instagram page and further announced that he had resumed work. Ayan added that the energy from the audience had given him the energy to jump straight back into it. He didn't imagine he would be ready to start back to work as soon as this first baby was delivered.

In honour of the occasion, Ayan wrote that Brahmastra Part One is 11 days old today, and on this Monday (day of Shiv), he is putting out some positive clean energy for what the film has achieved so far. On Monday, Brahmastra exceeded INR 300 crores (gross) worldwide.

He added that as the holiday season approaches, the journey will continue throughout the coming weeks. All of the audience feedback, both positive and negative, is being thoroughly absorbed and learned from.

Ayan also wrote that the amazing fan theories that are available, some of which they will surely employ in the future, are amazing. For everything, he's grateful.

As was already announced, Brahmastra maintains a profitable run at the box office.

Ayan also stated this month that all of the film's unheard tracks would be released this Dussehra. He wrote on his Instagram page that there are a lot of songs in the movie that haven't yet been released, such as Rasiya, Shiva Theme, alternate takes of their main songs, other themes, etc. The main issue is that they couldn't adequately promote these tunes since they had to put all their attention into finishing the movie in time for its pre-release.

Brahmastra features Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt in the lead roles.
