After gathering massive attention, fans' love and mixed reviews all over the world with its theatrical release, Brahmāstra: Part One Shiva is finally set to be out on OTT. The Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt starrer earned a massive sum of over Rs 425 crore.
The makers have announced that the blockbuster movie will be available to stream on Disney+ Hotstar from November 4. An official statement reads, "Welcome to the Astraverse! A second chance to witness the power of love and light, and their fight against darkness. Disney+ Hotstar wields the power of the mighty astras with the digital premiere of this year’s biggest blockbuster - ‘Brahmāstra Part One: Shiva."
The director took to its official Instagram handle and shared that there has been a few new additions to the movie. The post reads, "BRAHMĀSTRA & DISNEY+HOTSTAR From Nov. 4th, Brahmāstra begins a new journey as it becomes available for Streaming on Disney+Hotstar! We have continued to work on the movie since its theatrical release to refine the movie technically for your phones, televisions and computers… added a few subtle things to the movie… and I am excited for Brahmāstra to be in your homes soon so it can be experienced afresh in the most convenient manner !!! Happy Diwali Everyone!!! 🕉 (Sic)."
Talking about the film's new journey in the OTT world, Ayan shared in a recent statement that the journey of making this movie has been very exciting and challenging as well. He further mentioned that he is grateful to the world's audience for their overwhelming love and support. "With the OTT release on Disney+ Hotstar, we will now be able to bring Brahmāstra even closer to audiences across the globe, to be watched in the comfort of their homes with their friends and families," the filmmaker added.
The mythological adventure-drama movie is set to stream in five languages including Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada and Malayalam.
Brahmāstra: Part One Shiva, which also stars Shah Rukh Khan and Deepika Padukone in special appearances, is set for its digital premiere on November 4 on Disney+ Hotstar.
