A moment during the credits of the movie revealed that Dev has indeed resurrected and that Brahmastra has become whole again. A brief clip displayed the destruction of Dev's enormous sculpture and the appearance of a powerful, long-haired Dev holding a spear. The title of the follow-up, Brahmastra Part Two: Dev, was revealed as the visual spectacle came to a conclusion. Although Dev's identity was never revealed, several Reddit users have assumed that Ranveer Singh is who Dev is. The first segment of Brahmastra centers around the path and journey of Shiva, who is portrayed by Ranbir Kapoor, as well as how he learns to comprehend that he is a member of the secret society of Astras. He learns that these astras are protected and guarded by a hidden organization known as Brahmansh.

Brahmastra, which opened in theaters on September 9, stars Ranbir, Alia Bhatt, Amitabh Bachchan, Nagarjuna, and Mouni Roy in major roles. Additionally, Shah Rukh Khan makes a brief appearance in the film.

The Astraverse, a brand-new cinematic world in Indian cinema, was introduced in Brahmastra Part One: Shiva, the first movie from a trilogy.
