Brahmastra star Mouni Roy on Dance Dance Junior 3: With mentors, judges and coaches, it feels like a family

Mouni Roy was in Kolkata and during her trip she attended a dance reality show of Star Jalsha, Dance Dance Junior 3 as a celebrity guest. Along with Dev, Rukmini Maitra and Monami Ghosh, the Brahmastra actress set the stage on fire. Mouni Roy danced with Dev in the song, Mon Mane Na, and performed a solo with the song Odhni. She also performed with Aubrata in the song Gaali Gaali mein.

Mouni is currently basking in the glory of the success of her latest release Brahmastra. Along with Amitabh Bachchan, Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt and Shah Rukh Khan, she plays an important character in the film.  

Talking about her experience, Mouni said, “I had an amazing experience here at the set of Dance Dance Junior season three. With mentors, judges and coaches, it looks like a family. And the kids are so talented and brilliant. When you go to a dance reality show, you expect to see some good and some bad performances. However, here I saw brilliant performances one after the other. I have been a part of two episodes and it has been a phenomenal experience. What I loved the most is the energy. Not for a moment did I feel like I am a new outsider on the set. It felt like We have been knowing each other for years. The people are so nice and for me, it was a humbling experience. I would love to come back here.”

Before leaving, Mouni added, “I wish the contestants all the best. I know for a fact that all of them will flourish in life as they are super talented. And I would also like to thank everyone for having me here. This memory will stay with me forever.”
