Actor Trisha is a very popular face in the south Indian film industry, is all set to make her OTT debut with her first web series titled Brinda. The series is all set to premiere on SonyLIV on August 2. It will also be available for streaming on OTTplay Premium.
Trisha will be seen in her maiden web series titled Brinda very soon. The series will stream on SonyLIV and OTTplay Premium on August 2. While the project has been originally conceived and made in Telugu, it will be available in all south Indian languages, including Tamil, Malayalam, and Kannada as well. In addition, it will also be available in Hindi, Marathi and Bengali.
Brinda is directed by Surya Manoj Vangala. Trisha will be playing the role of a cop in the series. It revolves around a police investigation held in Andhra Pradesh with mythological touch. Apart from Trisha, the series also stars Indrajith Sukumaran, Jaya Prakash, Aamani, Ravindra Vijay, Anand Sami, Rakendu Mouli and others.
The series is bankrolled by producer Ashish Kolla under the banner Adding Advertising LLP. The technical crew consists of production designer Avinash Kolla, Shakthi Kanth Karthick as the composer and Dinesh K Babu handling the cinematography. Anwar Ali is the editor, while the screenplay and dialogues have been penned by Padmavathi Malladi and Jay Krishna respectively.
Trisha was last seen in Tamil film Leo alongside Vijay. The actor is busy with projects in multiple languages. In Tamil, Trisha has Vidaa Muyarchi with Ajith Kumar and Thug Life with Kamal Haasan. The film is directed by veteran filmmaker Mani Ratnam and also stars Silambarasan, Gautham Karthik, Ashok Selvan, Aishwarya Lekshmi and others.
Trisha will also be starring alongside Tovino Thomas in crime thriller Identity, and Mohanlal's Ram. In Telugu, she will be sharing screen space with Chiranjeevi in Vishwambhara.
