Bro, the Telugu remake of Samuthirakani’s Tamil ZEE5 release Vinodhaya Sitham, is all set to hit screens on July 28. Trivikram adapted the screenplay and wrote the dialogues for the Samuthirakani directorial. Pawan Kalyan, Sai Dharam Tej, Ketika Sharma and others play the lead roles in the film bankrolled by TG Vishwa Prasad under People Media Factory in collaboration with ZEE Studio.

The makers have already launched the character posters, teaser and the song My Dear Markandeya recently. S Thaman composes the music for the film. While the first single opened to mixed responses from crowds, a new number, Jaanavule, a duet featuring Sai Dharam Tej and Ketika Sharma, was unveiled today in the presence of Sai Dharam Tej and his fans in Tirupathi.

S Thaman, K Pranati have crooned for Jaanavule, which has lyrics by Kasarla Shyam. A series of catchy English lines pave the way for the Telugu lyrics. The song is named after the popular number from Aditya 369. In Bro, it’s visualised as a dream sequence where Sai Dharam Tej and Ketika get grooving to the duet amidst scenic international locations.

While the composition is strictly okay, the composer beautifies it with the interludes, chorus segments and the orchestration. With the attractive costumes, the spectacular cinematography backed by the trendy lyrics and the quality rendition, the song is likely to grow on listeners with time. The other songs and the trailer of Bro will be out soon.

Priya Prakash Varrier, Samuthirakani, Rohini, Rajeswari Nair, Raja, Tanikella Bharani, Vennela Kishore, Subbaraju, Prudhvi Raj, Narra Srinu, Yuva Lakshmi, Devika, Ali Reza and Surya Srinivas form the supporting. Sujith Vaasudev is the cinematographer and Navin Nooli is the editor respectively. Netflix has acquired its post-theatrical streaming rights.
