Brooke Hogan finally opens up about skipping dad Hulk Hogan's third wedding: For my own journey to healing and happiness

Brooke Hogan has finally revealed why she gave her father Hulk Hogan’s third wedding a miss. She has come out in the open about moving away from her family for the sake of her own peace and happiness. Brooke took to Instagram and shared that she is on a journey to healing and that would have not aligned, had she attended the wedding. She, however, shared no malintent and wished him well for his life.

What Brooke shared

To clear all speculations, Brooke shared that her dynamic with her family has changed over the years. For her, it has happened in the public eye and thus, she has to navigate how to go about it in her own ways. “For my own journey to healing and happiness, I have chosen to create some distance between myself and my family, and am focusing on people and things that heal my heart and align with my own personal beliefs, goals and values,” she shared on Instagram.

Hulk’s wedding to Sky Daily

TMZ had confirmed Hulk’s wedding to Sky Daily. They had shared exclusive photos from Clearwater, Florida on Friday night. A source told Daily Mail that he is the happiest and is literally over the moon. The little birdie added that the couple opted for an intimate wedding with near and dear ones but Brooke did not show up. Nick, on the other hand, seemed to be at the wedding with his partner Tana Lea.

The proposal and their past

Hulk and Sky got engaged in July. They were dating for a year and he popped the question at a restaurant in Tampa, Florida. He was, like most, nervous about the proposal but happy that she said yes. Before Sky, Hulk was married to Linda Hogan (1983-2007). Brooke and Nick are their children. She had filed for a divorce on the claim that Hulk had a relationship with Brooke’s friend Christiane Plante. Hulk had his second marriage with Jennifer McDaniel (2010-22). He confirmed the divorce only after confirming that he is indeed dating Sky. She is reportedly a mother herself, to three children. Their identities remain unknown to date.
