The time has come for BTS rapper Jung Hoseok, a.k.a. J-hope, to report for his required military service. J-hope had earlier said that he will be enlisting on April 17 during an emotional final Weverse LIVE on Friday.

According to the artist, his deployment date is October 17, making his enlistment date April 17. Now, the rapper took to Instagram to share a photo of himself and captioned it, "I'll have a good trip".

He also took to Weverse and shared photos and wrote, "I love you ARMY. I'll go and return well/safely!"

Jungkook, the youngest member of BTS, who had travelled to Los Angeles for a private schedule also returned back to Seoul, South Korea to send off his 'Hobi Hyung'.

On the other hand, a comment made by BTS's oldest member Jin on Weverse read that there is only one day left after which J-hope will join him.

Talking about BTS fans, called ARMY, they have already been mentally preparing themselves to take in each member leaving for the military one at a time.

Last month, BTS' management agency BigHit Music posted a statement on Weverse about "the termination of his enlistment postponement".

"We would like to inform our fans that j-hope has initiated the military enlistment process by applying for the termination of his enlistment postponement," the statement read.

"We ask you for your continued love and support for Jhope until he completes his military service and safely returns. Our company will spare no effort in providing support for our artist," the agency added.

Meanwhile, Jin, the eldest was the first member of BTS has already enlisted in the military. He began his 18 months of mandatory military service at a front-line South Korean boot camp in December last year.
