BTS' Kim Taehyung aka V sets new World Record, becomes fastest person to hit 60 Million followers on Instagram

One thing about BTS is that they love to break records. Making history yet again, BTS' Kim Taehyung aka V became the fastest person in the world to reach 60 million followers on Instagram. Taehyung's personal account - @thv - achieved this impressive feat in just 555 days.

Taehyung's Instagram account consists of a mixture of candid shots from events he attends, magazine photo shoots, and intimate moments. However, his Instagram stories are on a whole different level where he posts his favourite songs, his funny moments and more.

Even though he has only made 81 posts so far, each one of them has gotten at least 10 million likes, which shows how well-liked his account is.

When Taehyung first got on the app in December 2021, he formally broke two Guinness World Records, setting new benchmarks for the fastest account to amass 1 million followers (in 43 minutes) and 10 million followers (in 4 hours and 52 minutes).

Taehyung has since set new benchmarks for the quickest account to reach 20 million, 30 million, 40 million, and 50 million followers.
