Bubble Gum marked the entry of Roshan Kanakala into Telugu cinema. The young actor is the son of legendary anchor Suma and actor Rajeev Kanakala. The romantic drama was released on December 29, 2023, and was directed by Ravikanth Perepu.

The makers promoted the film quite aggressively but sadly, the film did not click at the box office. We at OTTplay have already revealed that the OTT rights to the film have been bagged by Aha for a fancy price. Now, the latest update is that Aha has announced the digital streaming date of the film. As per the update, Bubble Gum will be available for streaming from February 9, 2024 onwards on Aha.
Maanasa Chaudhary plays the female lead and she is also a Telugu girl who made her debut with Bubble Gum. Roshan Kanakala made heads turn with his confidence and the way he spoke at various events of the film. Though the film did not do well, Roshan was praised for his acting skills and dialogue delivery.
People Media Factory is the banner behind this film which is a story about a DJ who gets cheated in love. The new age storyline was liked by a few but on a larger scale, Bubble Gum failed to click at the box office. Sricharan Pakala composed the music for this film. We need to see how the film fares when it comes out on OTT.
On the other hand, Roshan was last seen at the pre-release event of Sohel's Bootcut Balaraju and is yet to sign his second film. His parents are quite confident that Roshan will find his footing in the industry as he has all the talent and backing. We need to how this young actor will handle his career from now on.
