After attempting to kill Park Hyung-sik’s Seo Dong-ju ever since he laid eyes on him, Heo Jun-ho’s Yeom Jang-seon has for the first time ever backed off from trying to kill Dongju. He held back initially because of the two billion won that Dongju had hidden, but now, there’s more reasons to keep the Daesan employee alive. He is now Director Seo and has a hidden identity that shares a past with Jangseon.
Park Hyung-sik's Seo Dongju pleads to Eunnam (Hong Hwa-yeon)'s mother aka Secretary Kong (Seo Kyung-hwa) to keep his name - Seong Hyeon - a secret. Jeongja, however, asks Eunnam to give up. Knowing how Ildo (Lee Hae-young) was the one to kill her father too, Eunnam is just as determined as Dongju for revenge.
Ji Seon-wu’s Cha Woo-min finds himself entangled with Dongju again. He has to learn about Daesan from Dongju.
Jangseon (Heo Jun-ho) believes Kukhee will be his solid ally, and introduces Ildo to Dongju, again. The latter now challenges Jangseon to kill him, all this while Dongju reveals he actually is indeed Seong Hyeon. Jangseon feels it would be a shame to kill Seong Hyeon now.
