Park Hyung-sik's Seo Dongju is in danger for the nth time on Buried Hearts. He has another near-death experience and by this point, we already know he is likely to beat death and come back stronger in episode 8. The only question remains, how will Donju do it with so many enemies around it? Is he plotting something bigger? Here's everything that is likely to happen tonight on Buried Hearts...
Seo Dongju pretending to die?
Ildo (Lee Hae-young) gets to know that Dongju will not make it through the night. He is the one to drug the employee, attempting to kill him for the nth time in the process. The doctors try to revive Dongju but he struggles to hold on to life while on the ventilator. Whether this is him just playing along, remains to be seen.
Jangseon threatens Gangcheon again, Ildo at the very edge
Jangseon (Huh Joon-ho) insists that Cha Gukhui (Kim Jung-nan)'s testimony is not necessary. He wants Gangcheon (Woo Hyeon) to understand the threat of his daughter being taken away.
Gangchaeon, on the other hand, tells Ildo that him being Jangseon's favourite junior does not hold much value for him. He asserts that Ildo confront Jangseon head-on. This pushes Ildo to the very edge.
Will their love for Eunnam and hatred towards Jangseon unite Dongju and Ildo?
Eunnam (Hong Hwa-yeon), still having mixed feelings for Dongju, cannot understand why Jangseon wants him dead. The latter instructs Ildo that Dongju needs to die. Thus, Ildo makes a promise - to wrap everything up the right way.
