Buzz is: Palak Tiwari has been cast for Salman Khan’s Bhaijaan
Palak Tiwari (Instagram).

Palak Tiwari is the latest name to be associated with Salman Khan’s Bhaijaan. The movie, which was previously titled Kabhi Eid Kabhi Diwali, is also likely to star Shweta Tiwari’s daughter as one of the leads. Her name crops up after Shehnaaz Gill’s.

It was previously reported that Bigg Boss 13 famed Shehnaaz Gill will be a part of Bhaijaan. Now, according to an ETimes report, Palak is also a part of Bhaijaan, previously titled Kabhi Eid Kabhi Diwali.

The report states that while it was previously reported that Shehnaaz has been paired opposite actor-singer Jassie Gill, actually Palak has been cast opposite him. This leads to speculations that Shehnaaz’s Bollywood debut will be opposite none other than Salman Khan.

While Shehnaaz had flirted with Salman on Bigg Boss 13 sets, they never shared a romantic angle per say. Shehnaaz and Salman have shared a romantic dance at max so far and so, it would be interesting to see their chemistry on the big screen, especially in Shehnaaz’s Bollywood debut film.

A source told the portal that Palak has already joined the shooting of Bhaijaan. She has been handpicked by Salman and has a powerful track in the film opposite Jassie.

Palak being selected for the movie does not come as a huge surprise since she had already assisted the direction of Antim: The Final Truth featuring Salman and Aayush Sharma in the lead roles. She had also come to Bigg Boss 15 stage and met Salman with her mother Shweta (ex-Bigg Boss 4 winner).

Bhaijaan is helmed by Farhad Samjhi. The movie is reportedly being ghost directed by Salman himself. The film also stars Pooja Hegde, Venkatesh, Raghav Jugal and Siddharth Nigam in pivotal roles.
