Cannes 2024 – Kiara Advani recalls completing almost a decade in Bollywood as she makes her French Riviera debut

Kiara Advani finally made her Cannes debut in 2024. At the same time, the actress completed almost a decade of her career in Bollywood. Kiara made her debut in the Hindi film industry with Fugly in 2014. The actress was seen at the Cinema Gala dinner last night, which has become the highlight of the event.

Calling her experience very humbling, Kiara told the paparazzi, “It’s going to be a decade in my career now. So, I think it comes at a very special moment as well.”

Kiara gained popularity with her second movie, MS Dhoni: The Untold Story. She played the role of Dhoni’s wife Sakshi in the film starring Sushant Singh Rajput in the lead role and Disha Patani in an extended cameo. It was four years later, after her role in Lust Stories, that Kiara became a household name in India. This is after a scene from the anthology film went viral. Kiara was last seen in SatyaPrem Ki Katha opposite Kartik Aaryan. The film released in 2023, and is available for streaming on Amazon Prime Video. She will be seen in Hrithik Roshan-Jr. NTR’s War 2 soon.
