Urvashi Rautela will be attending the 75th edition of the Cannes Film Festival, for the poster launch of her Tamil debut film, The Legend. India is the Cannes Country of Honour this year in its 75th year of Independence. Urvashi was recently spotted at the Mumbai airport during her departure, wearing a sleeveless silver balloon top and high-rise black flared leather pants paired with transparent heels rounded with open tresses.
In a statement, the actor said, "I'm truly honoured to mark my debut and to be invited by one of the most prestigious film festivals in the world, for the launch of my multilingual film, The Legend. It's certainly the most important film festival to me and in terms of worldwide impact."

In addition, she will be seen in Jio Studios' Inspector Avinash opposite Randeep Hooda, and in an international music single where she will be seen opposite Jason Derulo.
Apart from Urvashi, AR Rahman, Nayanthara, Pooja Hegde, Pa Ranjith and Madhavan are also attending the film festival.
Saravanan, the owner of Legend New Saravana Stores, will make his acting debut soon, with The Legend.
Directed by the filmmaker duo JD and Jerry, the film (touted to be sci-fi) has music by Harris Jayaraj. The ensemble cast also includes Prabhu, Vivekh, Vijayakumar, Nassar, Thambi Ramiah, Kaali Venkat, Mayilsamy, Latha and Kovai Sarala.
Sources say Urvashi plays a microbiologist in the film.
The Legend, which is produced by Saravanan himself, has art direction by SS Moorthy, dialogues by Pattukottai Prabhakar, cinematography by Velraj and editing by Ruben.
It will reportedly be released in five languages — Tamil, Kannada, Telugu, Malayalam and Hindi.
