Producer Sajid Nadiadwala has once again pulled off a thrilling casting coup as he prepares to begin production on his next major movie, which will star Kartik Aaryan, the heartthrob of the country, in the lead role. Together with Kabir Khan, the unnamed project will be produced and directed.
While the untitled project will reunite Sajid and Kabir, it would be intriguing to watch the popular director's debut with Kartik Aaryan in a never-before-seen role.
It's interesting to note that this is Kartik's first significant announcement following the huge success of Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2, and the star will now work with filmmaker Kabir Khan, who has directed blockbusters like 83 and Bajrangi Bhaijaan. Kabir also collaborates with Sajid Nadiadwala once more.
Although the project's specifics are being kept secret, it is rumoured to be a massive entertainer on a large-scale production and based on a true story, something the audience would have never seen before. The announcement of the three industry titans working together has undoubtedly sparked a great deal of interest among movie fans.
While making the announcement, Kartik wrote on his Instagram page, "This one is very special. I am super excited to embark on this exciting journey with one of my favourite filmmakers, Kabir Khan and Sajid Nadiadwala."
Whereas Kabir stated, "I’m excited to announce my next project starring Kartik Aaryan in a never before seen avatar. I will be directing this and producing it along with my dear friend Sajid Nadiadwala. The film is based on a fascinating true story with a larger-than-life canvas. We start shooting early next year."
Meanwhile, Kartik will next be seen in Rohit Dhawan's Shehzada, opposite Kriti Sanon. The film is the Hindi remake of the blockbuster Allu Arjun starrer Telugu film, Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo. The film's release date was announced on Sunday and it will be hitting the big screens on February 10, 2023.
