Unlike earlier editions, when matches were restricted to weekends only, this time around, the organizers are doing extended weekends from Friday to Sunday. On March 1, the action shifts to Hyderabad, and over three days and 6 matches, at least four sides will play 2 matches each, so, by the end of week 2, but for the Bengal Tigers and Punjab De Sher, every other team would have played 3 matches each, providing a more definitive picture about who will proceed to the qualifiers and who won’t.
