The 11th season of the popular cricket tournament featuring stars from different film industries, the Celebrity Cricket League 2025 is underway and the first weekend of 4 matches with the 7 participating teams are done and dusted. But for the defending champions Bengal Tigers, everyone else has played only 1 match each, while Jisshu Sengupta’s team got 2 and won both. While the first weekend was split between Bengaluru and Delhi, week 2 will have 3 days of cricket with 5 of the teams headed to Hyderabad first and then 4 off to Surat on the third day.
The next leg of the Celebrity Cricket League (CCL) will be on February 14 and 15 at the Rajiv Gandhi International Stadium in Hyderabad, with Telugu Warriors, Karnataka Bulldozers, Chennai Rhinos, Mumbai Heroes and Bhojpuri Dabanggs in action. February 16 will be in Cuttack, with the Bengal Tigers, Mumbai Heroes, Punjab De Sher and Bhojpuri Dabanggs, there. On February 14, the first match will be between the Chennai Rhinos and the Karnataka Bulldozers at 2 pm, followed by Bhojpuri Dabanggs vs Telugu Warriors at 6.30 pm, in what will be a repeat of the 2023 CCL final, in which the Warriors emerged victorius. The Dabanggs will want to change that around.

On February 15, the Karnataka Bulldozers get their third match of the tournament when they play the Mumbai Heroes at 2 pm. This will be followed by Chennai Rhinos against the Telugu Warriors. February 16 in Cuttack, will have 2 matches – Punjab De Sher vs Bhojpuri Dabanggs and Mumbai Heroes vs Bengal Tigers. At the end of week 2, most teams, except Punjab De Sher, would have played 3 matches each, and the front-runner and likely semi-finalists will more or less become apparent.

This time around, there are no play-offs, and the top 4 teams will head into the semi-finals on March 1. The final will be on March 2. The semi-finals and final will be played in Coimbatore. The third week of CCL on February 22 and 23 will be in Surat, for the last set of group stage matches. All the matches will be available on Sony Sports Ten 3 and Disney+ Hotstar.
