Celebrity Cricket League 2026 Day 4 January 23 match schedule, live streaming

The SNR College Cricket Ground is where the stars will be this weekend for the second leg of CCL2026’s group stage matches. The tournament began a week ago on January 16 in Vizag, where, over three days, 6 T20 matches were played between the 8 teams and the fate of two already decided. This weekend becomes very important for the remaining 6 teams, what with only the top 4 as per the points table and net run rate proceeding to the next round.

After 6 matches, Punjab De Sher, which was the defending champion, crashed out with two consecutive losses, as also the Mumbai Heroes. Telugu Warriors is hanging by a thread, having lost one and then won the next. Karnataka Bulldozers, Bhojpuri Dabanggs and Kerala Strikers played one match each and won, while Vels Chennai Kings played one and lost it. These four teams still have 2 matches each to decide what happens to them in the tournament. Bengal Tigers, meanwhile, is currently at the top of the table with 2 wins.

Schedule of CCL2026 matches on January 23, 2026

First up, the Kerala Strikers will take on the Bengal Tigers at 2 pm, which will be a very interesting match, considering that both are immensely competitive sides. Bengal Tigers, for instance, effected the first super over, after managing to contain the Kings’ run chase to a draw and then winning in the super over. Their last group stage match is against the Strikers, who send the Heroes back home.

Then, at 6.30 pm, is the clash of former champions Telugu Warriors and Karnataka Bulldozers. Akhil Akkineni’s Warriors are 4-time champions and yet faced the ignominy of being knocked out of the tournament last year almost at the bottom of the pile. Although they’d had a better head-to-head ratio against the Bulldozers, in their last encounter, Sudeep’s boys won by successfully defending their total.

This time, for the Warriors, it is a do-or-die match; they need the win to stay alive in the tournament. But the Bulldozers are a very competitive team and are regulars at the semis and even final stage. This will be a cracker of a match.
