Challenging Star Darshan is a busy man at the moment with not one but multiple projects in the making. His next big release is, of course, Kaatera which is likely to be released in theatres sometime in early 2024, with the latest speculations saying that the team is eyeing the Republic Day slot. Fans, though, will get to see their superstar in all his glory much earlier than that in Yogaraj Bhat's Garadi, wherein he makes a special appearance.
The trailer of Garadi was launched on Kannada Rajyotsava by Darshan himself, who brought the crowd in Ranebennur to its feet during the mega event. Garadi, which stars Yashas Soorya, Sonal Monteiro and others, will be out in theatres on November 10th.
DBoss fans would also love to know that while Kaatera is being taken care of at its own pace, Darshan has officially begun on a new journey. Not very long ago, it emerged that the 46-year-old actor will reunite with his Tarak director Milana Prakash for a commercial entertainer which was tentatively titled 'D57'. Earlier today, Darshan, Milana Prakash and a few others got together to be part of the 'muhurtha' ceremony of the said project, signalling that the film is set to go on floors sooner than later. On top of that, it comes to light from the same ceremony that the film is titled 'Devil: The Hero'
What is 'Devil: The Hero' about? Well, at this point, your guess would be as good as ours but an easy hunch, based on the title, says that it will have strong doses of action in it. Milana Prakash, of course, is most popular for making love stories like 'Khushi', 'Milana', 'Gokula' and 'Siddhartha' but his only collaboration with Darshan resulted in a massy action film. So, there's a high chance that the duo is looking to take the stakes higher this time around.
Darshan is also set to reunite with his 'Kariya' director Prem for a mega film bankrolled by KVN Productions.
