Online reports claim that Malayalam megastar Mammootty is making a brief appearance in Chatha Pacha as a wrestling instructor. The movie, which is purportedly based on WWE, will be concurrently launched in theatres worldwide in Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, and Hindi. Siddique, Manoj K Jayan, Lakshmi Menon, Raffi, Thesni Khan, Muthumani, and Zarin Shihab are also featured. Mohanlal's nephew Adhvaith Nayar is the director of Chatha Pacha.
