Aha has been churning out shows one after another, and recently, it announced a new slate of shows and films for 2025. Among them, one show titled CM PK intrigued everyone. We have now learned that CM PK is actually the latest season of Chef Mantra, a popular cooking talk show.
Aha announces new show
Aha has officially revealed that none other than star anchor Suma Kanakala will be hosting this season. The makers have branded the show as Chef Mantra Project K, though what Project K signifies will only be known once the trailer is released.
Aha has invested heavily in this show, and as per reports, several well-known personalities from OTT, films, and television will be participating. Chef Mantra was previously hosted by Lakshmi Manchu and gained a loyal following. However, this time, the show is set to reach new heights with Suma Kanakala on board.
Suma paid big bucks to Suma Kanakala
The latest reports suggest that Suma has been paid a hefty sum to host the show. Known for her exceptional hosting skills, she has been a household name in Telugu television for years. Recently, she has been making bold career moves, signing multiple films where she plays central roles. While she has primarily been known for hosting TV shows, she is now venturing into films, making Chef Mantra a significant part of her transition.
Aha is also planning a grand promotional event to officially announce the show in the coming days. Meanwhile, the platform is making waves by acquiring the digital rights of the Malayalam blockbuster Marco. The Unni Mukundan starrer will be available on Aha in Telugu from February 21, 2025.
