Chehre: When and where to watch the Amitabh Bachchan-Emraan Hashmi starrer psychological-thriller

The Amitabh Bachchan and Emraan Hashmi starrer Chehre is one of the highly-anticipated psychological thrillers. The upcoming film, which also features Krystle D'Souza, Rhea Chakraborty, Raghuvir Yadav and Dhritiman Chatterjee in significant roles, is set to release on August 27. 

Chehre revolves around a set of people in a house having a friendly mock trial that gets intense and turns into a serious life-threatening situation, while every decision in that house has its repercussions, hearing and judgement.

The trailer of Chehre released last week, giving the viewers glimpses of a few crucial scenes from the film. The video Amitabh inviting Emraan after his car breaks down on a snowy road. It is then followed by a mock trial scene where Big B is seen questioning Emraan. The latter is asked to play the role of the accused. The situation, as expected, turns strange.

The Jannat star shared a post on Saturday, mentioning that the film will be released within a week. The Instagram post read, “6 days to #FaceTheGame where everybody is a suspect until proven guilty! Watch #Chehre in cinemas on 27th August. #FaceTheGame (sic).”

While on Thursday, the actor shared a post on the Instagram site celebrating the 3 million views on the romantic track titled Rang Dariya from the film. The social media post read, “RangDariya’s dreamy tunes have etched into 3 Million hearts forever! Song out now: link in bio! Watch #Chehre in cinemas on 27th August. #FaceTheGame (sic)."

The forthcoming film also stars Annu Kapoor, Siddhanth Kapoor and Rhea Chakraborty in pivotal roles. Produced by Anand Pandit Motion Pictures and Saraswati Entertainment Private Limited, the film is set to have a theatrical release. Whether it will release OTT or not post the theatrical release, has not been officially announced yet.
