Aha is churning out shows one after another, and next in line is Chiranjeeva, a quirky new web series. The first look of the series was announced the other day, and Aha revealed that the series will be out on January 25, 2025. Well, we have come up with interesting updates about the project.
Raj Tarun to play the main lead in Chiranjeeva web series
Not many know that popular comedian Adire Abhi, also known as Abhinaya Krishna, is directing this series. He has been working in TV and films for a long time and made his debut with the Prabhas film Eshwar. Since then, he has worked as a comedian in the superhit comedy show Jabardasth. He has taken some time out of his busy schedule to make this web series on a decent budget.
The makers revealed the cast today, and none other than Raj Tarun will be playing the main lead. A small promo was showcased by Abhinaya Krishna, revealing that Raj Tarun will be seen in the role of Shiva. Chiranjeeva is the first-ever Telugu superhero series in the OTT space and has been made with a lot of technical finesse.
Rahul Yadav and Suhasini Yadav have produced this mythological series, with Achu Rajamani composing the music. Junaid Siddique is the editor, and Anand Rao is the art director. Chiranjeeva is going to be high on VFX, with the makers spending a significant amount on the graphics of the show. Abhinaya Krishna has been trying hard to make his debut as a director, and finally, things seem to have worked out well for him as Chiranjeeva looks quite promising.
On the other hand, Raj Tarun, who has been facing back-to-back flops in his career, is getting a new lease on life with this series.
