Hollywood star Jeremy Renner was recently rushed to a hospital following a snow plowing accident near his Nevada home in the U.S. The actor underwent multiple surgeries after sustaining blunt chest trauma and orthopaedic injuries when a plowing machine accidentally ran over his leg, causing him to lose a lot of blood. Having been airlifted to a hospital for immediate medical intervention, Renner was kept in intensive care post his surgeries with his condition being described as 'critical but stable'.

Well, all the Jeremy Renner fans can now breathe a sigh of relief as the 51-year-old actor made his first social media appearance after the incident. Renner took to his Instagram handle a short while ago, on January 4th, to reach out to all his fans & well-wishers and thank them for the love they sent his way. 

"Thank you all for your kind words. 🙏. Im too messed up now to type. But I send love to you all," wrote Marvel's Hawkeye as he shared a glimpse from his hospital bed. While his face carried a few bruises, his many million fans were relieved to see hints of quintessential spirit and wit in the Instagram post as they all wished him a speedy recovery.

Similarly, Renner's Marvel Cinematic Universe colleagues Chris Pratt, Chris Evans, Chris Hemsworth, Cobie Smulders, Paul Bettany, directors Joe and Anthony Russo, and Taika Waititi sent out warm regards and love to him, wishing that he recovers soon. In the same vein, actors Vanessa Hudgens, Ashely Benson, Penelope Cruz, Isla Fisher, Orlando Bloom, model Heidi Klum and DJ/Producer Steve Aoki too showered love on the Mayor of Kingstown actor.

Jeremy Renner will reprise his role of Mike McLusky in season 2 of Mayor of Kingstown, which premieres on January 15, 2023.
