Chum Darang chose Bigg Boss 18 over The Family Man 3

During her time on a podcast named Small Talk with Koko, Chum confessed that she was a part of The Family Man 3 but had to let go of the project for Bigg Boss 18. "Yes, I was in Family Man 3 but I left it for Bigg Boss," she confessed, adding that she went in with the thought that she wouldn't last on Salman Khan-hosted show more than a few days and thus, she would land more roles once back.

Chum Darang's thought process backfired?

Chum spent more than a few days inside the house. She aimed for a few days, which turned to two-three weeks. Eventually, she wanted to get closer to spending 100 days inside the house. Just like that, Chum came among the top five finalists of the show. Although she did not win the trophy, her lover Karan Veer Mehra picked it up. Days later, ChumVeer officially even became a couple. They made their relationship official on Valentines' Day this year.

Chum Darang spoke of Gangubai Kathiawadi recently

Chum Darang revealed recently that Gangubai Kathiawadi happened to her by accident. She was caring for her elder grandmother when the call from Sanjay Leela Bhansali Productions dropped. She auditioned for the role with the help of her very grandmother. It is the grandmother who shot the audition videos which Chum submitted. The clips landed her the movie.

The Family Man season 3 will start streaming on Prime Video soon. Jaideep Ahlawat is the latest entrant to the series, and he would play the antagonist this season.
