Chup: R Balki announces pan-India freeviewing for public before critics of his upcoming thriller

Can you picture getting a movie for free before it even comes out? It sounds absurd, doesn't it? Three days before the film's planned premiere in 10 locations across the nation, the creators of R. Balki's Chup: Revenge of the Artist, which stars Sunny Deol, Dulquer Salmaan, Pooja Bhatt, and Shreya Dhanwanthary, have organised a special public "free of cost" viewing for the audience.

In the past, critics and members of the film business saw most movies before audiences. But for the first time ever, moviegoers will get to watch a movie first! On September 20, Chup will be given a special public freeview in ten cities, including Mumbai, Pune, Ahmedabad, Delhi, Lucknow, Gurgaon, Jaipur, Kolkata, Bangalore, and Hyderabad.

Writer-director R. Balki released a video to his social media accounts announcing this amazing surprise, saying that he is here to welcome everyone to a very special preview, which is actually a freeview. The filmmaker requested people to come and watch the movie for free three days before its premiere in a few select places. In the past, critics and members of the film business saw most movies before audiences. The audience will get to see a movie before everyone else for the first time ever. The audience will be the first to provide their thoughts on the movie.

Dr. Jayantilal Gada of Pen Studios said that it's a novel idea in Bollywood that the public would be able to view a movie free of charge. Chup is a suspenseful romantic thriller, and it brings them a tremendous joy to offer audience-friendly content, even if it's free because they think people should be entertained.

R Balki is the film's director, and Rakesh Jhunjhunwala and Hope Productions are its producers. Balki wrote the script for the movie based on a narrative he began developing a few years ago. The co-writers of the screenplay and the dialogue are R Balki, Rishi Virmani, and writer-turned-critic Raja Sen.

The film is produced by Dr. Jayantilal Gada (Pen Studios), and Pen Marudhar handles distribution throughout all of India. Vishal Sinha is the DoP, and Amit Trivedi, Sneha Khanvilkar, and Aman Pant are in charge of the music. The movie's co-producers are Anirudh Sharma and Pranab Kapadia.

The movie will be released on September 23 and promises the audience the most gripping viewing of the year.
