CID 2: Why is Abhijeet and Tarika's marriage trending online? Know all about the viral video

CID is popular not only for its suspenseful crime episodes but also for the iconic trio Aditya Srivastava, Shivaji Satam, and Dayanand Shetty. Apart from them, fans who have been shipping Aditya's Inspector Abhijeet and Shraddha Musle's Dr. Tarika, romantically, want them to get married. As we see in CID, Abhijeet has a crush on Tarika, and his expression in front of Tarika never fails to melt our hearts. Now, a viral video of Shivaji's ACP Pradyuman ordering Abhijeet to marry Taria has surfaced online. 

Abhijeet to marry Dr. Tarika in CID?

A video went viral on social media where ACP Pradyuman can be seen ordering Inspector Abhijeet to marry Dr. Tarika. While ACP is serious with his expression, Abhijeet starts to stutter as he can't believe it and this is because he already has a crush on Tarika. The edited clip was shared by a fanpage and it went viral as fans always want these two people to get married in CID. 

ACP Pradyuman returns to CID 2

CID was renewed for a second season in December 2024 due to fans' demand. However, after a few months, it was recently shown that ACP Pradyuman died after a fire incident in one of the episodes, which led Shivaji to exit the show. After this, Parth Samthaan joined as ACP Ayushmann, but fans expressed their disappointment, and this led the makers to re-introduce Pradyuman in the show in a twisted way. 

A few weeks ago, Parth shared a video of him shooting with Shivaji Satam on the sets of CID 2. He called Shivaji a gem of a person in the caption.
