Arshin Mehta, Richa Panai, Naina play the female leads in the film

Director Neelakanta, who rose to prominence with his innovative films like Show, Missamma, Sada Mee Sevalo, Maaya, Virodhi is back in action with a new-age thriller titled Circle. Sai Ronak, Baba Bhaskar, Arshin Mehta and Richa Panai play pivotal roles in the film bankrolled by MV Sarath Chandra, T Sumalatha Annit Reddy and Venubabu Addagada under Aura Productions.
The film’s release date was confirmed by the makers today. The thriller will hit screens worldwide on July 7 while the team plans to unveil the trailer on June 26. Neelakanta’s upcoming film revolves around the life of a photographer and showcases his dilemma in differentiating between his friends and enemies. While the teaser grabbed several eyeballs already, the songs are a hit with netizens.
Circle’s teaser has crossed the 1 million mark on Youtube. Nandini, Parthava Satya and others too play crucial parts in the film which has a capable technical crew. Ranganath Gogineni is the cinematographer while Madhu Reddy is the editor. NS Prashu has scored the music and Neelakanta has penned the story. Audiences can’t wait to see how the filmmaker has reinvented himself with Circle.
“The film is my interpretation of the circle of life, death and faith. The protagonist Kailash is a renowned photographer, played by Sai Ronak. He understood the character and emoted well. The strength of Circle is its emotion, I’ve tried to portray it in a new style, the screenplay is fresh. The protagonist and antagonist are equally powerful in Circle. Baba Bhaskar has played the baddie to perfection,” Neelakanta said.
The three female leads come with strong characterisation and the film boasts slick cinematography, quality music and technical finesse in the storytelling. Aura Productions is foraying into film production with Circle. Sai Ronak was last seen in ETV Win’s psychological thriller Kanulu Terichinaa Kanulu Moosina, that was out on June 16.
