Cirkus releases in theatres: Not Simmba with Rohit Shetty, THIS is Ranveer Singh’s most loved film so far

Ranveer Singh’s Cirkus has released in theatres. The movie marks Ranveer’s yet another collaboration with filmmaker Rohit Shetty. The two first joined hands for Simmba.

However, Simmba isn’t the performance viewers loved the most. In fact, it is much later among top five too.

Padmaavat, where Ranveer played the role of the dreaded antagonist Khilji, is his most loved performance to date. Ormax Media has released a list and Padmaavat tops it.

Ranveer played the rapper Gully Boy in Zoya Akhtar’s film. The film made waves and thus, it is no surprise that the role of Murad Ahmed is the second most loved performance by Ranveer.

The actor in the role of Bajirao in Bajirao Mastani was also widely appreciated. The Sanjay Leela Bhansali film is the third most loved.

Simmba comes fourth on the list, followed by Ranveer’s recent release 83. In the latter, Ranveer played the role of Kapil Dev and recreated the 1983 World Cup win.

Ranveer’s debut film Band Baaja Baarat created a storm and established Ranveer as an actor. Till date, the film is loved, to the extent that it is the sixth most loved Ranveer film till date. Yep, it even beats Dil Dhadakne Do.

Zoya’s Dil Dhadakne Do comes at number eight and SLB’s Goliyon Ki Rasleela: Ram-Leela is the seventh most loved Ranveer film. Both the movies were Ranveer’s first time collaboration with the directors.

Two other roles got Ranveer the appreciation he deserves. Ali Abbas Zafar’s Gunday got Ranveer the ninth spot and one of his most underrated performances Lootera is the 10th most loved Ranveer film.
